At Dental Window, all our offerings are digital services and programs. This means there is no physical shipping involved. Once you enroll or purchase a service, you will receive access and communication digitally via email or through our platform.
Shipping Policy
Since our services are entirely online, there are no delivery charges, shipping times, or physical dispatches. All confirmations and details will be shared electronically with the email ID you provide at the time of registration.
Exchanges
We understand that sometimes you may wish to switch to a different service or program. You can request an exchange of services before your plan or program is activated. Once your chosen plan has been activated, exchanges are no longer possible. To request an exchange, simply contact our support team at service@dentalwindow.com, and we’ll be happy to guide you through the process.
